Nurturing health with compassion, guiding your journey with expertise, and embracing every new beginning
We support families throughout the Washington D.C. metro area, including Northern Virginia and Maryland counties such as Prince George’s, Montgomery, and Charles.
We recommend reaching out early in your pregnancy to take full advantage of our services and ensure availability. However, we welcome families at any stage.
Start by completing our brief intake form. You’ll then be invited to a live or recorded Meet the Doulas session and connected with our care team.
We operate as a group practice. This means you benefit from the expertise, training, and availability of our full team not just one doula. It also ensures uninterrupted support whenever your birth begins.
Once we learn more about your preferences, timeline, and birth plan, our care coordinator will pair you with one of our trusted doulas based on availability and fit.
Yes! You’ll meet for at least one prenatal visit to build trust, discuss your birth plan, and prepare together for labor.
Birth doulas provide support during pregnancy and labor. Postpartum doulas help families recover, rest, and adjust after the baby arrives, typically through scheduled shifts at home.
Sibling doulas provide comfort, supervision, and emotional support to children during labor, helping them feel secure and involved while their parent focuses on birth. While we do not currently offer in-house sibling doula services, we’re happy to connect you with trusted professionals in our referral network

Doulas work alongside your medical team, not in place of them. We’re there for physical and emotional support, while your provider manages clinical care.
Doula support is linked to lower rates of cesareans, shorter labors, and more positive birth experiences. While we can’t guarantee outcomes, we’re with you every step of the way, no matter how you birth.

We’ll adapt support based on symptoms and test results. In some cases, this may mean shifting to virtual care or rescheduling a visit to protect everyone’s health.
We accept a variety of payment methods including cash, credit card, insurance (when applicable), and HSA/FSA funds. If you have a unique payment situation or need additional support, let us know, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
We will process insurance directly when permitted by your plan. However, some insurance providers require clients to submit claims themselves. If your plan does not allow us to file on your behalf, we will gladly provide itemized receipts and any necessary documentation so you can request reimbursement. We’ll do our best to support the process either way.
